My First Attempt at Homemade Chimichurri Sauce for Ribeye Steak
My first attempt at making Chimichurri sauce. Because of Covid, we haven’t been able to enjoy eating out lately and I’ve been missing the opportunity to enjoy a nice steak. And I really like this sauce on my steak. So I thought, why not try making it myself.
Here is a photo of the result. The taste was good enough, but not exactly what I was hoping for. I would love to hear your recipes and suggestions, as I’m still on the hunt for a good Chimichurri recipe.
Please comment below if you would like to share your Chimichurri recipe, I would love to try an authentic one!
